Absolutely. Most of my students start with zero experience — some have never touched the instrument before their first lesson. I break everything down step-by-step so you can start playing real music faster than you think. No pressure, no judgment — just progress.
Lessons take place in my private teaching studio in South Franklin, Tennessee, designed for focus, comfort, and great sound. I also offer virtual Zoom lessons worldwide for students who prefer learning from home or live outside Tennessee.
I teach Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, and Bass.
Whether you want to strum your first chords, play solos, join a band, or get serious about technique, I’ll guide you with a personalized plan that fits your goals.
I offer three simple, flexible lesson packages depending on how you prefer to learn:
1. Online Single Session — $45
A 30-minute Zoom lesson you can book anytime. Perfect if you want to try a session first or need occasional guidance.
2. Monthly Online Subscription — $160/month
Weekly Zoom lessons at a consistent day and time. This option gives you ongoing structure, accountability, and steady progress — all from home. Payments renew automatically each month.
3. In-Studio Monthly Lessons — $200/month
Weekly lessons held in my private teaching studio in South Franklin, TN. Ideal for students who want the highest level of hands-on instruction and in-person feedback. Payments renew automatically each month.
All monthly packages keep your rate locked in for as long as you remain a student. If you pause or cancel and return later, pricing may have changed.
If you need to cancel, just give me 24 hours’ notice, and I’ll help you reschedule based on availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice still count as one of your weekly lessons — this helps protect everyone’s time and keep the schedule consistent.
Yes — when life happens, I do my best to accommodate make-ups. Make-up sessions are based on available openings, and I work with you to find a time that fits. Consistency is key to real progress, so make-ups keep you moving forward.
We’ll get right into playing. I’ll learn about your goals, your experience level, and the music you love. Then I’ll walk you through a simple exercise or song that gives you a quick win. You’ll leave the first lesson with a personalized plan and clear next steps — and probably more confidence than you came in with.
