How Monthly Payments Work

Your monthly payment stays the same, even though some months have more lessons than others. Here’s why: there are 52 weeks in a year, which means some months you’ll get 5 lessons, other months you’ll get 4.

Your lesson time and day stays consistent every week.

Payments are $160 per month and will automatically charge your card until you cancel. If a payment doesn’t go through, lessons pause until it’s resolved.

If You Need to Pause or Cancel

You can cancel anytime by letting me know in writing before your next monthly payment is due. I’ll keep teaching through the end of what you’ve already paid for.

If you cancel and come back later, pricing may have changed.

All sales are final – no refunds. If you cancel, any unused lessons are forfeited.

My Time Off

I take 3 weeks off throughout the year. Your monthly payment stays the same during these months – it’s already factored into your pricing.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We’ll find a regular time that works for both of us. It’s on you to schedule our weekly sessions (I’ll send you the link).

If you need to cancel a lesson, give me at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours? That session still counts as one of your weekly lessons.

Life Happens

If you need to reschedule due to illness or unexpected events, I’ll work with you to find another time. Make-up lessons are scheduled based on availability and what works for both of us.

Between Lessons

I’m available via email and text between our sessions if you get stuck or have questions.

Privacy Matters

What we discuss in lessons stays between us. I won’t share your name or information without your permission.

That said, if you post something publicly about your lessons on social media, I can share that post to promote my teaching.

Let’s Do This

I’m grateful you’re trusting me to help you (or your child) grow as a musician. Looking forward to the journey ahead.

The Legal Stuff

This is a coaching relationship, not an employment or partnership. I’m here to guide you, but your results depend on your effort and practice. I can’t guarantee specific outcomes – that’s on you.

If we have a dispute, we’ll resolve it through arbitration in Franklin, Tennessee under Tennessee law.

By signing up, you’re agreeing to all of this.
