Newly developed tone beam structure.

Thanks to the acoustic analysis technology of Yamaha’s R&D department, engineers have simulated and analyzed the optimal design of the sound beam structure so that the new FG series guitars have strengthened the low and mid frequencies. The new sound beam structure guarantees the durability of the top while providing a new sound.

50 Years of the FG Series

The history of Yamaha’s FG Series guitars began with the release of the FG180 and FG150 models in 1966. In its 50-year history since its inception, more than 200 FG Series guitars have been released to give music lovers the ideal sound.
